Our North by Southwest Salmon Rub honors this delicious fish with the best of what the Southwest has to offer. Hatch and ancho chili pepper, mesquite smoked sea salt, lime peel, and smoked paprika complement this northwest fish in southwest style.
How to use it: Any type of salmon. Also great on roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, and popcorn!
Method: Salmon: Apply up to 30 minutes before cooking. Apply as a finishing salt to taste. Veggies: Season to taste before cooking. Popcorn: Apply when the popcorn is hot, strait off the heat (or out of the bag), just be careful and be sure to allow steam to escape before seasoning and enjoy the salty sweet goodness!
To Season Seafood and Vegetables: Simply apply ½ to 1 teaspoon per serving prior to cooking. Add more to taste if needed prior to serving.
